We went to Great Wolf Lodge the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time. The girls liked it but I think me and Ross had more fun than the girls!!Avery loved the kiddie area. The waverunners were her favorite part.

She was not too adventurous.

Marlee liked just splashing around.

It was so much fun and great spending time with the family.

I cannot believe our sweet baby girl is one. This year has flown by. She is such a blessing to our family. She is so full of joy and makes everyone smile when they are around her. We thank God everyday for blessing us with two beautiful girls. We could not ask for much more.Avery & Marlee waiting for the party to start!The birthday girl loved tearing in to all her presents. She got the hang of it pretty quickly.

As you can see, she pretty much ate the WHOLE thing. Her tummy was pretty upset.

AVERY'S 1ST BALLET RECITAL

Avery had her first dance recital. She did so good. We were very proud of her! Marlee had a lot of fun watching her sister.
Avery with her Grandpas, Nana & Aunt Poke Avery was so excited everyone came to watch her dance. She definitely loved ALL the attention.
My dad gets the "Papa of the year" award. After the recital me and Ross went to Texas for the OU/Texas football game and papa watched both the girls for us by himself the whole weekend. The girls had such a good time! Thanks dad. You are the best!!!

RACE FOR THE CURE

God healed my mom of breast cancer 3 1/2 years ago. Since then, we have made the Race for the Cure a family tradition.

In celebration of our GigiPraise the Lord my mom was healed of this horrible disease. She is such an amazing wife, mother and Gigi. We love you mom more than you will ever know. Thanks for being a fighter.

AVERY'S 1ST HAIRCUT

I know Avery is three years old but she just got her first haircut. I was so scared that if I cut her hair, all her pretty curls would be gone, but we finally did it and her curls are still there!!She got it done at Sweet & Sassy and she loved it. She got glitter hairspray and got to wear a pink princess cape. She thought she was pretty special. I just cannot believe how big she is getting!!

These pictures were too funny not to share. My dad bought the camo onesie for Avery when she was born. We got pictures of Avery in it so we had to do the same with Marlee. The camo will only be worn ONCE for the picture! My dad is quite the hunter and he is hoping one day, his granddaughters will be his hunting buddies.

We went to Dallas this weekend for my cousin's baby shower.

MORE BIRTHDAY FUN

We had a fun day on Avery's birthday.Not only are Avery and Emerson the greatest of friends but they also share the same birthday. We went to the mall and got their "fingertails" and toenails painted

and then we were off to their first day of cheerleading!

We cannot believe our sweet baby girl is 3 years old. She is such a blessing to us. She has such a sweet spirit and is always making all of us smile! It is so amazing to watch her grow and even more amazing to see things through her little world. Everything is magical through her little eyes. Happy birthday sweet girl! We love you so much!

Avery LOVES getting her face painted, so we went out to dinner with our friends last week to Old Chicago. Tuesday night is kid's night and they have free face painting. Avery would go every Tuesday night if we would let her!

The weekend started out having a sleepover with our cousin Hunter. Avery had so much fun. She loves Hunter so much!

On Saturday, Mike and Stephanie (our friends from Dallas) came in town so we went swimming with them for Mae's 1st birthday.

Saturday night, we had movie night. I know Avery is only 2 but she loves Hannah Montana. We watched the 3D concert movie and Avery loved every minute of it!!

We had our friends over and had so much fun swimming! Grace & Avery are such sweet friends! Avery loves spending time with Grace.I think Marlee & Sophie are going to follow after the Big Sisters and be great friends too.

I have decided to start a blog for our family. H0w do I begin... We have been blessed with the two most precious baby girls. Avery will be three years old on August 18th and she is a little princess. She is all girl, loving to play dress up and she is obsessed with all the princesses. Marlee is 8 months old and just started crawling and she is definitely a busy body. She loves playing with her big sister and loves to eat everything in sight. Avery is such a great big sister and is such a good helper for mommy and daddy. They add so much joy to our family. God has blessed us with so much and continues to bless us each and every day. With that said, hope you enjoy the pictures!!
